What we collect
When you sign up for Affiliate Saathi, we collect the minimum information we need to give you a working account: your name, phone number, email (optional), and the role assigned to you by your inviter. We also log standard technical data — IP address, browser type, timestamps — to keep the service secure and debug issues.
How we use it
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To show you the payouts and accounts that belong to you.
- To send transactional notifications (OTPs, account alerts).
- To improve the product and fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not use it for anything you didn't sign up for.
How we store it
Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms — we can't read them, even if we wanted to. Sessions use short-lived access tokens and rotating refresh tokens. Data is stored on encrypted servers in India.
Cookies
We use a small set of essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (like dark mode). No tracking cookies. No third-party advertising pixels.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time. Reach out at support@affiliatesaathi.com and we'll handle it within seven working days.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and notify you inside the dashboard before the change takes effect.
